Family & Social Services

In addition to being a house of worship, Masjid Al-Humaidi is a thriving center for promoting
social interactions and bolstering family bonds. To support people and families at every stage of
life, we offer family and social services because we understand how important it is to foster good
relationships within our community. Our services, which range from youth programs and elder
activities to parenting classes and marriage counseling, are designed to foster harmony,
understanding, and unity.

Our devoted group of educators, community organizers, and counselors is committed to offering
each individual and family individualized help and direction to meet their particular needs.
Masjid Al-Humaidi is here to provide a warm, accepting, and judgment-free environment where
you can ask for help and find comfort, whether you’re looking for counsel on marital matters,
direction on parenting difficulties, or just trying to connect with like-minded people.

We provide a range of social activities and gatherings throughout the year, such as family
picnics, community iftars, and interfaith discussions, in addition to our counseling and support
services. These gatherings offer our community members a chance to socialize, celebrate
common ground, and build deep connections that go beyond the mosque’s walls.
